Fastport Passport
It was obvious when Fastport Passport approached us that their website needed a serious overhaul. At the time, their current site did not look credible and the checkout required many steps with too much information creating a high abandonment rate reducing conversion rate and overall income. Our first goal on the creative side was to make the site look good and create credibility against industry competitors. Next we wanted to make the checkout process as quick and easy as possible to reduce abandonment and increase the conversion rate.
We built the site on Drupal 6 and used Ubercart as an e-commerce solution. While Ubercart is great for most e-commerce website right out of the box, we heavily modified it for this website to make the checkout less steps and increase conversion rates.
