Client Needed:
Immortal Games is a start-up company producing a role-playing game (RPG) with many followers. The company already had the game running and customers were able to sign in to the game via an online portal. The last piece missing for this company was a beautiful website to attract new customers.
Solution:
Our creative team first met with the client to see what ideas they already had and what direction they wanted to move in. This client had specific design requests so our team got started on the art. Once the creative was complete, we moved on to program the website. We used Drupal 6 for this website as it met all of the needs. The client expects extremely high traffic on this website so we did a lot of testing using Boost caching. Boost is a unique file-based caching solution that allows pages to be served exclusively via Apache and eliminates the need for boostrapping PHP saving valuable server resources and supercharging page serve times.
